Our core is a host of many different muscle groups - and it gives us more than we realise.
Having a stable core prevents us from injuries (especially in our spine), and optimizes our body functions and movements.
This sequence is intended to cultivate all five components of core stability: Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, Motor Control and Function.
